Today's organizations face complex and rapidly shifting environments that demand almost constant adaptation and change. To keep pace, OD has become strategic and transformational. It helps organizations align business strategy and organization design with the competitive environment. It helps them gain the capability to change and develop continuously while addressing the diverse and often conflicting needs of multiple stakeholders.
